Just walked in and the girl looked at me like she hated me. She never came to the counter. Then a guy leaned back and saw me standing there. Never came to the counter. So you missed out on a sale. There was not one other customer in there. Your employees are to blame for this.

Place an online order for pickup. The store was quite with only 2 other people in there, and ladies working were super nice and attentive! However my food was a mess. Paid extra and ordered avocado on my wrap and there was no avocado. Ordered a salad, that should come with chicken, and there was no chicken on my salad. I had to ask for my side of sweet potatoes I paid extra for as well for dressing, which there were out of so they gave me 2 bags of chips in place. Added extra granola on my açaí bowl and there was no granola at all. Overall terrible experience and will not be returning.

1 person working. 10 people in line. Out of Açaí bowls. Really?

Dirty. Trash all on the floor. Kids running the place. No manager in sight. Take your order then tell you they don't have ingredients and can't do a refund. A hot mess.
