Feedback gevenI waited at the drive-thru for almost 8 minutes without anyone answering. When I decided to go to the window, I had to wait a few more minutes there with no one in sight. The parking lot was nearly empty, and there were no cars in the drive-thru, so the staff should have been more attentive and professional. Unfortunately, they were not. The food was just average.
If the area or regional manager is present and working with the team, you can expect excellent service and the usual quality you associate with Wendy's. However, when only the regular shift managers are in charge, the service and quality often decline significantly. If you don’t see an adult manager in a different colored shirt during your visit, it might be best to leave and return another time.
Very impress with this Wendy's location. Service and Food were 100% good. We chose to eat there and the resturant was so clean and inviting...they had table games thru out the resturant. Will be back.
Very nice inside. They have board games and charging plugs for all your electronics. The cashiers are nice and the service is faster than most Wendys. Watch out for that soda fountain though. It likes to spray everywhere.
First time in the dine-in and a terrible experience. The floor felt slippery I mention it to the worker and he didn't do anything. I order a pecan salad and my chicken didn't look good. I asked to get a new one and the manager said it's like that due to the seasoning on it. Not coming back here
