Absolutely horrendous. Irony is that tonight we used the free pizza code as an apology for the last instance of really poor service and the same has happened again! Apparently short staffed, well how about don't open and accept orders and money from people unless you have enough staff to deliver a reasonable level of service? Order cancelled and never using Dominos again. Lesson learned.
Third pizza in a row with topping missing. And this time i paid extra for them. Twice ive had changes ignored and tonight an extra topping (Jalepenos) is missing. Dont know if youve had a staff change recently but they really need to start reading the instructions properly as its really annoying. Might have to go down the road in future ???? Either that or the delivery driver doesnt leave until its fully inspected!
2 hours late and cold I know the weather is bad don’t say you deliver when you can’t ????
Yet again toppings missing from my pizza, I’ve lost count how many times I’ve had to ring back to complain on missing toppings I literally can’t be bothered in ringing to complain with the hassle of waiting for another pizza to arrive, quick enough to take the toppings off that I ask for yet seem to forget the ones I replace them for! ????
