Cold Stone Creamery - Midtown UNLV

It saddens me to write this review. On June 1st at around 8:30pm, I placed an order for pickup at this restaurant. It took me some time to arrive, and when I did, my order had not even been started. To make matters worse, they did not have all of the ingredients needed to make my order. Several other customers were also upset because they were unable to order anything due to the missing ingredients. Unfortunately, there was no manager available to address the situation.

Upon entering the store, we immediately noticed that it was very dirty. Due to concerns about sanitation, we chose not to stay and eat the ice cream there. The two employees working were friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the ice cream did not taste good at all. Additionally, the waffle cone was not of good quality. We were disappointed and remembered how much better this place used to be when we visited a few years ago. It is worth noting that this location has not received any Best of Las Vegas awards in over 10 years, as displayed on their wall. Perhaps it would have been a better choice to go across the parking lot to Albertsons and purchase our own ice cream.
