Feedback gevenI called last night at 11 pm and got a quote for three nights and was surprised to hear that they were very reasonable, under $300 for 3 nights. I chose to wait until today when a new card came in the mail to put this trip on. When I called today at 3 pm the price quoted was almost $900. I spent extra money on another show ticket thinking I was going to save money on the hotel then I called to find out that they weren’t going to offer the rate they quoted me. The reviews are sketchy anyhow. Glad I didn’t have to have a bad experience to leave a review. They turned me off before I even booked.
I reserved two rooms knowing that we would not get in until after midnight.At that time, we came and they charged me an extra a hundred and fifty dollar deposit for each room.Even though we were only going to be there till nine o'clock in the morning. One of the rooms, the door did not shut completely and the shower door was off the track and would not budge, it was made of glass so we couldn't shower in that room. Additionally, in that room, the air conditioning did not work. In the other room there were plugs that didn't have covers on them. There was something all over the walls in the bathroom. I am unsure of what it was you could see daylight from the side of the air conditioner and Something was on the sprinkler head that I could not determine what it was. The only reason it got one star was because the bed was comfortable after a five hour flight, and that's it. Probably the most disappointing point was that I had to spend a hundred and fifty dollar deposit for each room and unable to get it back for 3-5 business days which is something they didn't tell me when I made the reservation. At first the lady told me you would go directly back into my account when I checked out.But when I checked out, they told me 3-5 business days.
Never again will we be a guest at this hotel again. On July 28 2024 Upon check in, the lady at the counter (Asian lady) had us standing there while she was having a conversation with another employee. She didn’t greet us and just let us stand there. So we walked up to the counter and she proceeds to say “ I wasn’t ignoring you”. She proceeds to start checking us in and we asked about a 1st floor room. She said “ you booked thru a third party”… she never offered to ask if we wanted to upgrade. She became very rude…. After she gave us our room keys she had an attitude and said “ go down that hallway “ the hallway dose not have signs for the elevator so now we’re lost…. We go back to the desk and she yells to my husband “SIR I SAID THAT WAY” we wen back down the hallway only to find the elevator because someone was going in. The elevator blend in you can just walk past it.. again there’s no elevator signs. We got to the room and notice there was only two pillows on the bed, so we called down to the front desk and asked for extra pillows and the same lady answered and said she was going to send up some pillows. Now an hour went by and we still didn’t get the pillows so we called back to the front desk, again same lady said “oh are on the way” 30 mins went by I called again and talk to the same lady and asked when are we going to get our pillows we been waiting for more that an hour and we have somewhere to go. She said “well do we have permission to enter” I told her no and if they can just leave them at the front desk and we will pick them up when we get back. She said we don’t leave stuff at the front desk… so I hung up on her. We left and came back to the front desk later that night and another lady was the desk and we asked about the pillows and she went in the back and gave us two pillows with no problems. The next day we asked for the manager and we informed her of our encounter with derive we were provided. The manager said “ oh well her mom is dying so she may not be think right, but that’s not an excuse “ The manager didn’t show care for how we was treated, didn’t offer to remove a resort fee or anything. All she said was “ I’ll talk to her” I wouldn’t be writing this review if the manager showed that she cared about the guest and not just sit there and look at us like we’re crazy. This was handled very unprofessionally and they really need training on their customer service skills and how to retain guest to come back to their hotel.
I would suggest calling directly and getting a better price from staff rather than booking online! The room was big and ambient, but the restroom was too small!
If you’re on a budget trip to Vegas, this is a good option! Decent rooms, plenty of parking! Casino fun. Bit far away from the major tourist attractions!
