Beans And Brews - Midvale

This is, hands down, the BEST Beans and Brews location. The staff is super friendly and kind. The owner bends over backwards, to train his staff in excellent communication and customer service skills, and will go above and beyond, if there is a question, or concern. I have been coming here, for three years, and often spend my Wednesday mornings here, drinking coffee and reading. My husband and I come here, every Sunday morning, for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We are just sad that the franchise did away with our favorite Vegan burrito (not their fault), and we don?t really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer. Their Americano coffee is delicious!!

In need of a boost this morning I decide to hit this location. Quality here has been iffy the last few months but I thought I would give it another try. I regret my decision. I ordered a large hot Carmel Cielo with an extra shot and was given hot water with a slight roast coffee flavor. No caramel. No espresso. This has happened before and my team and I from one of the larger businesses across the street to the south will no longer be patrons at this location.

I love Beans and I am fully aware of the staffing shortages and busy times, BUT I got in the drive thru line with two cars ahead of me....took 16 minutes to order and receive my simple order. I was almost late for work thinking it would only take 5-10min at most (typically does). The girl at the window left as well so I wasn't able to ask for an ETA or let her know that I may have to take off even though I had already paid. No bueno ????

Stop for coffee this morning, first visit. Americano was excellent and the person who took and prepared my order was extremely friendly and even took the time to ask if I had any plans for the day, etc. Always nice to find a facility that still evaluates customer service

We are only sad that the franchise with our favorite vegan burrito (not her fault), and we do not really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer. Your Americano coffee is delicious!!
