If someone in the salt lake valley has the tendency to go to the restaurant ganesh indian cuisine in midvale, don’t! they are way overpriced, and eating is terrible, as well as the service. my mother and I went to the midday buffet, and pretty much everything was gone, and they didn't want to refill it. that was cold. we asked for no ice in our drinks, and he still put it in. the owner went to delete some of the plates on the table, and he knocked over my 3/4 full mango juice, and instead of immediately clean it up, he let it sit there for about 4 minutes before we ask if he wants to clean it up, what he then did to do more.
The lunch buffet. good choice, but I would say that eating is mediocre. nothing that bleeds my socks. nothing fresh; all preserved or frozen ingredients. Mint-Cutney was a very strange color, as they tried to brighten them artificially. Also note that almost everything on the buffet would be considered as medium on the spicy scale. quite decent amount of flavors I like, but a sort would have been nice. the best thing about this place is their service. very attentive and friendly waiting staff. but I prefer to eat at other places by far.
Good for take-out. Only decent Indian food in the American Fork/Lehi area, great for take-out. I like their samosas and curries! Vegan and vegetarian options clearly marked.
Lunch buffet. Several good vegetarian dishes on offer but the the meet dishes were limited to 3, all chicken and the Tandoori chicken while quite edible and tasty was unlike any Tandoori chicken I have ever had. The chicken masala was poor. The other chicken dish was excellent I felt the choice was a bit limited but I did enjoy my meal esp. the fruit salad in mango puree.
