Every time I come to visit Salt Lake, I always make time to come here because it is only the best service and quality for your money.
Love this place, but sad that they loose their to-stay reusable containers. Everything comes in plastic and I find it so wasteful. If I eat, why do I need everything that is packed in toxic plastics? Please repair this, protein meal!!!
The girl behind me ended up leaving without her food, likely because she was tired of waiting, and I suspected her order had been completed but never announced, just like mine. As for the food itself, it was decent, but I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I would consider returning, but improvements in customer service are definitely needed. It would have been more efficient if my order had been served when it was ready. Having worked in the food industry, I believe implementing a clear system would help alleviate the chaos. There was a lack of organization and direction, which made the experience frustrating. I've worked in smaller teams at a pizzeria and was able to fulfill orders faster than what I experienced here.
I recently visited Protein Foundry for the first time, and I was really impressed! I tried their açaí bowl and avocado toast, and I can honestly say it's the best açaí bowl I've had in the Salt Lake City area. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to return. I love this place, and my only regret is not discovering it sooner!
This hardworking young man really impressed me! He managed to clear the line in no time and took everyone's orders perfectly. I received my five smoothies in just five minutes! I highly recommend this place.
