Gibson's Midway

We came for dinner on the patio. The patio was open, and the service was excellent. We had the shrimp bruchetta appetizer with the and filet special. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be returning to try other menu items!

We ordered: Castle Gin Tonic An Old Fashioned for drinks. Both were great. Muscles and Fried Green Tomatoes for appetizers. The 14Oz Ribeye and Sea Scallops for the main course one with the dinner salad and one with a Caesar Salad.The appetizers were good. The Muscles had a delicious broth that was great for dipping the bread in. We really enjoyed that.The Caesar salad was different. It had peppercinis in it.The Ribeye was cooked perfectly and had great flavor and seasoning.The Scallops were good, but the risotto that came with them was the best I've ever tasted! I think it was the best part of the meal.Overall the experience was timley, comfortable, and satisfying. I would recommend giving this place a try. And if you like risotto, you will love it here!

Was there for an after wedding dinner. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Part of historic downtown midway. Parking is limited, but it is worth it.

I was very glad I stopped in. This little gem is in downtown Midway and does not disappoint. The menu has a wide variety of appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts and cocktails. The staff is warm and friendly. They allow for substitutions and special orders. They are accommodating and courteous.Follow us for more great reviews
