Update: I see they read the reviews but only respond to the positive ones. Ordered it plain and it comes like this. Get all the way home (30 min drive )and call them. They will only refund me if I drive all the way back across town and bring it back tothem. Why do you need the old food back? That seems like a health code violation. Del Rancho used to be synonymous with BestChicken fried steak sandwich in the world. Now it's rude employees. Fries were also stale. Lost a lifetime customer becausethey won't refund or give me credit for 1 steak sandwich. Also , please quit asking for tips. I know I've had to live off tipsbefore, but it is extremely rude to ask. Your service should warrant a tip. Good service good tip.

The chicken fried steak dinner is wonderful and flavorful. I?m not really a fan of green bean but their green bean (with some pieces of bacon) side is yummy. Creamy and flavorful mashed potatoes and gravy

Steak sandwich supreme was amazing as always!! I'm so glad I swung in while I was in town!!

The last two times I have purchased the steak sandwich it has either been old grease or taste like fish. This time I cut the sandwich in half and gave half to my wife to eat and she experienced the same fishy taste.Called to get a refund and they wontissue without me having to leave work and drive the sandwich back to the store. I am just glad I'm not allergic tofish Update: Thank you for your response. That will be the last 18.00 I spend for a steak sandwich, fries and a drink withyour company. Soooo this location loves to give you as little for your money as possible! For instance ordered country chicken salads and they give you this itty bitty cup of chopped chicken? Ummm excuse me I?m paying $10 for three pieces of chicken and a huge amount oflettuce and barely any cheese or other toppings ? You tried it lol So went across town to the del rancho who doesn?t skim theirportions for their money and the photo is how a salad from del rancho should look like !!!! Take note! Your location is a joke
