Feedback gevenWe ordered online instead of DoorDash at 7:21pm and did not receive our food until 9:45pm. We ordered online and It said it would take 65-75 minutes, which is already a long time, and we were very patient, but when 8:56 rolled around I decided to call to see what was going on! The lady told me it would be another 15-20 minutes, but she would comp our food! Fine, until we did not receive the food until 9:45pm! The everything was dried up from sitting in their warmer for over 2 hours, so I called and told t customer service and the guy told me since they already comped the food there was nothing he could do, and I told him if they can’t do better to tell management I will be giving them a bad Google review and he said, “Thank you for choosing Mazzio’s have a good night”! This is HORRIBLE customer service!! I know there were at least 3 people working there, if not more, that could have gotten in their vehicle and brought the food before it dried up!! I will NEVER order from this location again!!
Great food and salad bar. Wish it didn't cost so much for the salad bar.
Went for the buffet. Arrived at 5:45pm. Very few customers. Couldn’t have a salad due to no lettuce. Requested lettuce twice during my visit. They put lettuce out as I was leaving. Frozen ham on salad bar. Salad bar very poorly maintained. All customers complaining how poor the service was. Employees just ignore requests and customers. This used to be a very busy Mazzio’s when it had good management and employees. I can see why they have no business now.
Mazzios was supposed to give me a $20 credit for repeated orders taking too long…. But I called the call center and that wasn’t on my account.Also corporate gave me a $8 credit through my email but the call center didn’t honor that either!
Called in order and 30 minutes later still no pizza. No one has even spoken to me about how long till it’s ready. Frustrated since my dog is in car waiting for me. Won’t be back. Took 45 minutes for one giant pizza.
