If they didn't close at 8 p.m. every night I would probably be stopping there a lot more when I get off work but since it seems that nobody wants to work anymore they're short-staffed like everybody else!! However even if you get there at 5 till 8 they will serve you with a smile and cook whatever you want. They will not tell you that it's too late to get this or too late to get that like a lot of other restaurants who don't want to cook something on the grill that will take 5 minutes because it's 20 minutes to closing!! This is one of my new favorite places!!????????
If I could rate this place a zero I would. It taken 30 minutes just to get drinks and then almost an hour to get three burgers. I ordered the pepper jack patty melt and it was burnt, the bread was so thick you could barely taste the burger, and the patty was only on half of my sandwich. Horrible service and horrible food!!!!! I love ihop but this facility needs shut down!!!!
Food was cold 4 visits straight. Service is okay. There is a disconnect between when food is made and when it is sent out of the kitchen. Hashbrowns are often undercooked, and the expertise is not present for consistency when cooking eggs over easy vs over medium etc. The taste of the food is usually fine. During our visit they comped someone else's meal due to temperature. I live by paying first and complaining later as there are tons of factors that go into the restaurant business. It was not the waiter's fault. The back brings you the food. The picture below shows just how undercooked the hasbrowns are every time.
Trucker anxiously awaited reopening of the prior restaurant. Returned to find it now to be IHOP. Generic run of the mill operation with tag team of robotic waitresses. One seats, another takes our order, another delivers food. Very impersonal dining experience, so who do you tip? .. as for the food quality, I attached the photo
Service was excellent--imagine my surprise to see an iHops at the Mifflintown, PA exit! I love there coffee (bring a to-go mug with you they will fill it up too! and gluten-free pancakes!
