Stuffing dishes that were not ordered and omitting those that were ordered (certainly it would be helpful to summarize the order by the employee before he finishes it). Deleting the grilled trout and the fish was charged for PLN 120 as a piece (and the fish itself weighed less than 300g) I understand the mistake, but it was a mistake by over PLN 90. Payment on delivery of dishes due to the purchase of fish by weight ok, but it should be done transparently in front of the customer. It was also interesting that despite the fact that the same item was ordered twice, it was quite different, one fish burger was with fried fish fillet breaded and the other had a minced fish burger?
