Caffé Parigi Bistrot At Palazzo Parigi Grand

Downright putrid customer service. My partner and I walked in to have an afternoon apertivo and were graciously sat on the outdoor patio. A few minutes later a gentleman, most likely having a difficult day, told us that we could not sit outside due to hotel policy for only letting guests sit outdoors. He asked if we could move inside, I politely declined, and then he told us it wasn't an option. All tables outside were open and free and there was no crowd at the hotel. Unprofessional attitudes and service to people who are looking to spend money at their establishment.

Probably the most disrespectful service ever for in my life without even being served. Bad atmosphere, bad service, bad attitude. Putting one star is way too much
