Feedback gevenWe dined from aquada last night: extinction experience. the 9-course gourmet menu is a journey among the flavors you would never want to finish. every beautiful dish to see and an infinite surprise. all simple ingredients, but so well approached and appreciated! everything with very friendly staff and really prepared. the chef a happy woman, made in his work, exquisite as his creations. was a truly divine evening, born from a gift box and that will remain a gift of experience and goto!
Dined on 2 July 22. simple but cosy restaurant. friendly staff available and very professional. excellent dishes created with unusual but extremizing sweet combinations. beautiful chef and available to comment on his creations. very close to a starry restaurant with only neo portions at the sufficiency limit.
Will be fun to amaze with tasty dishes mixing fruits and vegetables.
Do not ask for classic dishes because there are no. do not ask for abundant portions because there are no. you will find mastery in everything: from the magnificent cook that invents delicious dishes, balanced in flavors, beautiful as a painting, to the courtesy of the waiters, to the beauty of the place. All in short.
Beautiful location, hyper professional service (perhaps little inclined to the line , menu degotation from 9 courses very pleasant and not heavy (105 euro cad. . some dishes are applause like the guitar to the cacio, the gallinella poché or the dessert signature dish of the chef the gianduia red dress . I appreciated the conceptual revisitation of some staples of the tradition (e.g. carbonara, calf and the oo of fruit and vegetables for unusual combinations.
