Dignified. good food and honest prices. but service at the table a bit confused and distracted with staff decidedly unlike a pinch of extra joviality would be useful, given the place is cute: mark it that changed management for a while and the two fulminati brothers are no longer there. prices slightly higher than before but honest

Milan is a city where you can eat well in many restaurants but there are also many places where food is really bad. Normally the prices are not cheap as in Rome or as in the other cities if you compare restaurants and menu of the same level. Recently I 've found a nice place where to have dinner with my family while we were for few days in Milan. The name is Crono. The food in this place is great. It is like having dinner at home. Good food, simple dishes and a comfortable environment. The restaurant is run by 2 brothers. The one that takes care of the customers acting also as waiter is very sympathetic and talks a lot in a way that (again) makes the guests feeling at home. Finally what to say about the prices? I doubt you will find prices as low as the ones in this place in any other good restaurant in Milan. This restaurant is cheap but the food is very good and high quality if you like the simple good food of the traditional southern Italian kitchen .... relocated to Milan. A final note only to say that you cannot pay by credit/debit card because this restaurant does not accept cards. In any case if you are in the area Città Studi you shouldn 't miss a dinner at Crono. Atmosphere to the hand and staff friendly and helpful. I may have been unlucky in the choice of dishes, but I have not been satisfied. Porri risotto and gorgonzola who did not know at all about gorgonzola and was shaken. pear and chocolate cake made by a layer of frolla, with on-off slices of raw pear and a kind of soft chocolate flavor moose: the feeling was to put in the mouth absolutely untied ingredients among themselves. Good wine. taste other dishes that seemed much better: Mondeghili and cotoletta for example.
