Experience beyond any expectation! from varied and complete fresh pasta appetizer with ragù space to normal roasts and liver. but the baked pig is pure love

Really a good experience. small but pleasant place, it is best to book. We didn't have time to sit down that there was already water on the table. a few minutes later arrived the appetizers, meats, fried vegetables, burrata and ascolan olives, service with really great hot bread. the choice of the first was really hard, it ranges from traditional dishes of the country to something more known as the Amatrician. for my indecision I chose the tris.. to taste a bit of everything. the dish looks good spaghetti on the guitar with pecora sauce (cotto for at least 4 hours) gnocchetti and this megaraviolo resumed with ricotta pecora and spinach really great! I couldn't taste the roasts because very satiated the portions are very generous. the staff really helpful and kind, told us every ingredient and recommended on everything! for the bitter final really well-known and mixed treats. I felt at home! really good experience.

I ate really well! I didn't have time to sit down that I already had a drink at the table and the appetizer on the table: peeled of local meats, breaded vegetables, burrata and various meats all served with toasted bread of raw oil so good that I still think about it. Meanwhile I ordered the first one that was served shortly after: noodles to the boar ragù. Really delicious! I had to skip the pig because I was already full enough. I kept a small space for dessert, a baked cream served with a bitter Abruzzo very well for desserts. the waiters are present but not intrusive, nice but not annoying, prepared also in explaining preparation and ingredients of each dish. the place is not very large and therefore it is best to book. abundant portions! You eat at ease!
