Feedback gevenNice thick style pizza. Their pizza slices are really big. I prefer thin crust pizza but this was still really good and it has a ton of cheese. And with that much cheese, it's not oily at all. Same amount of cheese on a pizza in the US will sure give you a heart attack.
Surprisingly lighter and fluffier than other thick crust pizzas !

Driven by the excellent reviews I wanted to try the pizza of Filante unfortunately without getting the same impression. Pre-cooked pizza forms and already 'conditions of tomato sauce, stuffed at the moment and reinfornate in a trivial electric oven. Spongy and not crispy consistency, dry tomato sauce for the previous cooking, filling in the norm. I include with 2 euros for a covered with paper table and squeezed table and coffee ' made with capsules. All right if it was a corporate canteen and not a pizzeria so referencing.
The pizzas seem cooked but actually are roasted out and raw inside. Evidently cooked first and then heated at the moment (between quotes because the service was surprisingly slow given the modes of cooking). A waste of dough, however, is good. In the next three days, time that I will take to digest this pizza, I will meditate on the act of hubris that is to make a gourmet trancio pizza.
