Feedback gevenI had Subway a couple of weeks ago but forgot to share my review until now. It was a late Sunday night, and a young man named Joshua (if I remember correctly) provided exceptional service. The restaurant was somewhat busy, but as someone who works in customer service myself, I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. He seemed to anticipate the needs of the job, which made the process very efficient. Given the circumstances, we were served promptly, and I wanted to commend him for his outstanding service. While I'm not usually a fan of Subway or their abundance of toppings, Joshua's service truly made up for it. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3.
Not a great experience. The service was inattentive and below expectations. They shorted the fillings on my footlong sub, providing only enough for a 6-inch, even after I raised the issue. To make matters worse, the staff member responded with an unhelpful attitude to every question we asked and didn’t seem to listen, requiring us to correct them repeatedly. I recommend skipping this place and heading to the bakery down the street instead. Giving it 2 stars.
The experience was disappointing and below average. The service was not very intuitive. I was frustrated when I was asked about 6-inch fillings on a footlong and my concerns were seemingly ignored. Unfortunately, the staff member handling my order was not attentive; he asked questions but then didn't listen to any responses. I would recommend going to the bakery down the street instead. I can only give this place two stars.
The prices are typical for a subway, but the staff is really friendly.
