Went with some family members and ordered a mix of Mexican dishes and German dishes between the four of us. I found the schnitzel to be really good, the mushroom sauce was great, we also ordered the prawn tacos arguably some of the best prawn tacos I have ever tried, highly recommend that you order them if your here. Really good selection of German beers on tap. Prices aren't terrible, not the cheapest place in town but at the same time not the most expensive. If your in the area for dinner I highly recommend you stop here.
We had the best dinner here in our five-night stay in the region. We suggest calling ahead for reservations as it closes early and gets packed near closing. The menu is limited, but it is an interesting combination of German and Mexican specialties.
Definitely a five star restaurant. The steak was just perfect and very good selection of beer. It is not only Mexican food, you get also a good selection of burgers, pastas, and German meals. The setting is very nice and service is what you expect in a fancy lounge.
Very nice restaurant and perfect service they speak German very good
El Caballo was recommended to me awhile back. I'm very happy we stopped in today. The chicken enchiladas were very authentic and extremely delicious! I am looking forward to coming back and trying more delicious offerings from the menu. Thank you for the excellent service. Cheers and well done. A gem of a find!
