Mcdonald's - Milford

Ordered a 10 piece mcnuggets meal and was given and charged for a 20 piece. After showing the workers that we didn't order a 20 piece, we were told that WE were incorrect and that we actually did order a 20 piece. After telling them that they were wrong they promptly started helping another costumer. In the end, they took back the 20 piece and gave us a 10 piece, where they screwed up the refund and charged us extra.

Horrible service, took forever, unprofessional staff

Yes they are more expemsive than regular McDonald’s but if you need to be quick or late at night they are perfect. And if you ask for example no pickles this is the only McDonald I’ve been to in the area that actually gets it right! So it works out a few extra bucks for consistency

My family and I have been traveling across state for a while and decided to stop (in new Milford) to grab some food, due to my medical condition, I cannot wear a mask. We got up to the line to order, one worker had asked about my mask and I told them I can’t wear one. She then told me I cannot be served. So I stepped back and let my brother order for me since he was wearing his mask. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to the rest of them after our encounter. We received our food, but everything was messed up with our order, stuff was ok our burgers that is unknown, so we had to throw them away. All of our drinks were also messed up. We will never be going there again.

This McDonald’s should give all its workers access to paid sick and family leave, which is all the more important to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Many workers at this location have tested positive for COVID-19. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter but until it listens to Black workers and meets their demands for paid leave and other basic protections, its words mean nothing.
