I'm not sure which bakery opens at 9 o'clock, but I found the selection of donuts to be lacking. It didn't feel like a genuine bakery experience. It was a bit of a trek to South Lyon for donuts and I was disappointed.

Since the previous owner retired, the quality of the restaurant has significantly declined. Previously, it operated with flexible hours, making it easy to enjoy fresh baked goods and coffee. However, it seems that accessing the place has become a problem since the new owner began using the back garage door. What was once a non-issue has now turned into a concern.

Two stars because the decorating on the two cakes I ordered was perfect. Other than that, if you don't like almond flavoring do not order from here! It was way overpowering and unfortunately, no one enjoyed the cakes. I don't mind almond extract, but it literally made your eyes water when you tried to eat it. Very disappointing.

I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Despite the staff being very pleasant, there wasn't enough help during what is supposedly the busiest time of day. I ordered the last two custard donuts for my brother, who lives in a nursing home and doesn't enjoy eating there. He mentioned that the donuts were quiet, which was disappointing. Given the price I paid, I expected them to be fresh. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning.

This review comes from my experiences since the move to milford in 2016. we had a great, cheap cake for a first birthday party in 2017 perfectly decorated, tasted great and communication was good. we ordered a slightly smaller cake at the beginning of 2020 that we felt was smaller than expected that it would feed a certain amount that seemed inaccurate. it has worked out. have various bakery articles about the years that are good. they tend to bake on the sweeter side than fyi. I just got paczki from them who call me sacrilegian yesterday, but they were better than those of hamtramck that we get every year. the cannoli creme paczki will haunt me! I need more! everyone was kind too. I noticed another review complaining about it, not in the position to use the back door. I've been coming into this bakery for 6 years and that was never an option?
