Wendy's - Milford

The Baconator with cheese is incredible. Wendy's is far superior to Burger King or McDonald's. Next time, I'm definitely trying the Double Baconator, although I don’t eat a lot. I’ll see if I can finish it! Overall, I give the food a 5 out of 5.

I had mostly positive experiences here, but I was recently disappointed with the service. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young man who had a notably negative attitude and rushed me to place my order. I couldn't help but notice that the customer service at this location doesn't match the high standards I've come to expect from other Wendy's locations, like the pilot site. It may be some time before I decide to give this place another chance.

Wendys skyways has dinner of the best, tasty hamburger. I loved the burger and pommes at this Wendy’s. they were friendly and helpful at the ride-thru of these specific Wendy’s. I love the classic with speck added or the baconator. I also like all four salates of wendy: 1. the parmesan caesar salat with huh and parmesan cheese crisps with caesar dressing. 2. the apple-pecan salad with fresh apple pieces, dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbs and honey roasted pfandel with granatapfel vinaigrette. 3. the southwest avocado salat with pfeffer jack cheese, cubed tomaten, avocado, speck and grilled chicken breast with southwest ranch dressing. 4. the taco salad with salad mix, shredded cheddar cheese, cubed tomato, salsa, acidic sawn, tortilla chips with wendys chili. the ground for 4 stars instead of 5 was that they sold me pommes that were not very hot and fresh; they were just warm and okay, but all I ordered was perfect!

They never get their order right, as simple as it seems, they just don't get it! 9/10 times their order is wrong, it is on the entrance and they pay for it. but they don't get close to what they order! manager says, come back and get free job, no one wants to drive back stacy! that's just the stupidest answer they can give!

Have you ever noticed the long lines at Wendy's drive-thrus? It’s mainly because their menu is so confusing. They opted for a different approach compared to other drive-thru restaurants, forcing customers to sit there and read the whole menu just to figure out what to order. At a drive-thru! After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, I ended up leaving.
