Burger King - Milford city (balance)

Burger King has really deteriorated the food quality and portions are terrible. Now that being said this is a typical Burger King very dimly lit if driving by at night don’t know if open or not. The place is dirty!!!! I don’t mean hey the previous customer left and the table needs to be wiped down I mean this place needs to be closed several days and all staff need to pull everything apart and clean with bleach. The soda machine never has soda it it. They have one of those multi selector coke machines 98% of choices are unavailable. If you really want Burger King goes else where.

2 years ago i rated this location 1 star but today i was greeted by a young man by the name of James as I was going to order through the drive thru. He instantly caught my attention by how attentive he was as well as patient. His smile when i got to the window to pay immediately won me over. Great hire! Awesome customer service

Very poor customer service.... seems like all teenagers working there cuz there not one ounce of respect comin thru the loud speaker ..... then wen I make my order I get told there is only Coca-Cola or Dr Pepper to drink so I go thru other options since I don’t drink soda n I’m disrespectfully told “do u want water or the soda cuz dats all we have ?” .... please reconsider ur staff.... I jus came frm there again…. Don’t know why my son wanted me to stop there of all places but he chose and once again, BIG LET DOWN. ….. please reconsider staff. Manager gave me wrong sandwiches and all were cold wit in melted cheese. Wish I can give zero stars.

8pm service was slow, inside dining service was not priority. The staff attending the customers had a bad attitude. The drive thru received their orders first. The dining area was dark.

Got the famous Gost Pepper whopper. Way better than I thought going in but this thing has changed the whopper game. The orange bun is quite a colorful item. It has spice but not so much as to put your mouth on fire. Just enough to heat to say you really have something here. All in on this.
