Narrow Neck Cafe - Milford New Zealand

Ordered a coffee and the bacon and cheese wedges. The coffee was good, and the wedges were nice. The only downfall was the amount of cheese and bacon I received I would have preferred a bit more than a sprinkle considering it’s extra. Aside from that the wedges were fresh and crispy. The customer service was exceptional, super friendly. Loved how they have a ‘pay it forward’ board with coffees that have been paid for by other patrons. Would come here again.

It used to be a favourite stop for good coffee and excellent pies and a walk on the beach. Then came a change in management and quality went down. We gave it a wide berth. My friend who lives on the Shore said she re-visited and the pies were good. She believes there have been several changes in ownership. So we thought we'd give it another go and glad we did. Very pleasant reception from staff, friendly and helpful.

Very nice cafe by the beach, great selection of food,friendly staff, had home made mince mushy pea pie and coffee ,definitely going back again for breakfast

Pleasant location and service and well set up but the coffee seemed a tad burnt. Have heard good things from others about this place so may be just a rogue batch. Food looked nice but only had a coffee so cannot comment on the taste.

I love this cafe right by the beach. Great for eating there or wandering down to the beach to nibble. Great pies, yummy hot chips and a great selection on cabinet food. Looking forward to another sunny day so that I can head to this cafe.
