I really enjoy this collection of food trucks in Mililani Tech Park! I ordered the all-in-one plate lunch, which included steak, chicken, pork, rice, and a tossed salad. It was a bit pricey at $18, but the portion size was generous enough to comfortably feed two people. The steak was definitely our favorite, and it's worth mentioning that the chicken was nice and moist, which is a big plus!

The steak plate was expertly seasoned, incredibly tender, and cooked just right for my palate. The pork belly tasted like a thick cut of bacon that had been deep-fried, served with an aioli sauce. It was absolutely a hit for me! It managed to be both crispy and tender at the same time, which is quite impressive.

It was decent. I decided to give it a try on a whim since I was nearby and feeling hungry. It did the job of satisfying my hunger.

This is my all time favorite food truck. Been grinding with them when they was orange. My all time favorite. The pork belly hamma, rib eye hamma. Been all over the world army eating any kine and these buleis my favorite. And portions are huge and they no chang em. Prices is solid. Food so good I feel like I ripping them off. Koa says hamma status!

You must have the pork belly! Today I ran across this truck when I was walking through the Ala Moana Night Market. I decided to order the pastele plate which comes with your choice of rib eye, Korean chicken, or pork belly. I asked the friendly person taking orders how is it prepared? They boil it then marinate for three days! It's a family recipe, she said. Sold. This pork belly. It's beautiful. The most delicious pork belly ever. Tender meat, juicy and soft fatty bits... they grill it so it has crispy charred parts that balance the flavorful goodness of pork belly. I've had pastele only a few times so I can't give the best review on that and the gandule rice, but both were flavorful. Not salty flavorful, but actual seasoning and thoughtfulness. The plate is also served with mac salad or tossed greens, and you can have Kim chee and pickled onions. I got Mac salad and onions to go with my pork belly. So pleasantly surprised to have those onions. Another degree of thoughtfulness with this food. I hope to see you guys again!
