China City - Mill Creek

I ordered Chinese food cravings from this place for the Mall Food Court, but it was worse than that! The sauces were so thick and emptied, that was very rough in the texture. I felt like I literally ate goat gelatine with meat. I had to wipe it off. The chicken was also boiled. It was awfully dry. All this applied to sweet and sour chicken as well as Teriyaki chicken. I can't believe this was so bad. Not recommended. Panda! Express, if you're looking for Chinese fast food instead.

It wasn't long in China City. Fernando Paris were our servers. You were very good. They were both very attentive, sweet, personally funny. I didn't have to ask that my drink was filled, they were there. They made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, some of the food items changed recipes or escape was served, but so good.

Fernando is a real professional, best cocktails I had a minute. The guy knows his stuff. Such friendly and fast service, will be back soon!

Nice clean, comfortable atmosphere. Simple, easy to read menu with a nice variety of choices. Friendly staff and good food.

China City is a tasty chinese option in Mill Creek's Town Center. The dark lighting gives a good first impression. Imposing statues of the Buddha give watch over you. It feels like someone robbed a temple. We ordered the Shanghai Menu for 4 people and the Hong Kong Menu for 2 people. The wait staff were friendly even though we were a large party with kids. The shrimp, cashew chicken, and Mongolian Beef were our favorites. The Mongolian Beef comes standard with mild spice. I recommend getting it with 3 chilis. We liked both types of soup and the pot stickers were fresh and crispy. We also got General Ng's chicken, Almond chicken and sweet and sour chicken. These were fine. The portions were enough for our party of 8 including 3 children. We would go there again. Our friends who brought us, like it a lot and go often. Removed 1 star because the air conditioning was cold. Also the men's restroom looked like it wasn't regularly cleaned.
