Master of local Japanese cuisine. Location is somehow hidden, but a place you don't want to miss. The Owner/Head Chief is a nice person and has presented you new dishes every time you visit. Since I found and tried this place, and now I became regular. You will not have any disappointment over your visit, even if you leave.

The tiny spot on the El Camino Real in Millbrae serves a small selection of rams, Japanese curry rice and grilled meat. Very friendly staff and good food at reasonable prices. They are open for departure during the pandemic.

This is a wonderful brand new restaurant with a fantastic owner who is very helpful and very friendly. The best we ordered was the chicken cartilage and the rugs. It is worth checking whether you want good service and good comfort food.

Wonderful Ramen! I had the chicken and my wife had the tonkotsu. We highly recommend J Robata! Great food and great service!
