The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel Restaurant

Old style pub venue with great bar food at reasonable prices. We ate in the downstairs area where there is a great choice and board specials on the menu . The meals downstairs are very reasonably priced. We did not use Restaurant upstairs so this is purely about bar menu. Cosy with fire going in winter. Thoroughly recommend.

Had their flagship pale ale along with one of their meat pies with the mashed potatoes and mushed peas. A perfect pub experience. Friendly bar and waitstaff. Place was crowded but we were still able to find a table inside.

Crowdy, noisy but funny. Don't come here for exquisite food and dining but if you want to have a decent typical pub style meal combined with some delicious pints of ale, then don't hesitate ! I would certainly come here again. Cheers mate

What a hidden gem in Sydney. Fantastic ambience, cold beers served with a smile, great meals (try the fish and chips!!) although the pizza could use some work... the whole place is drowning in history ... and don't forget to check out the craft beer brewery behind the bar...brilliant... we've already booked a room for November!!

Great beer, food. Very attentive service. Great location, not far from the Rocks, far enough not to see the crowd.
