KFC - Millersville

So every time I drive past this KFC, I assume that the shield is like never at, well tonight I saw cars in the parking lot, so I pulled through to the ride, and they were open, so I placed my order and the nice lady who worked the drive threat window, said pull forward because your order takes about 5 minutes to cook, I understand. I've been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous and I will never return.

Drive through speaker was bad. I told them what I wanted 3 times but staff kept asking me to repeat. staff was so rude and had the audacity to yell at a customer.. This happened today.. .

So disappointed paid 53.00 and original not extra crispy like we ordered no beast when we paid extra plus missing our chicken tenders we ordered. Tried calling and no one answers phone. Came to this one hoping it was better then the one in Odenton but nope. Guess its Popeyes or royal farms.

PLEASE SEND THIS LOCATION HELP !! There is never a time I come here and can get in and out. It's so frustrating. I had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through just to pick up a GrubHub order when it could've been easily handed to me at the door.

Got a famous bowl and chicken sandwich on 23. November 2021 at 18:45. came home to eat and after two bites of the sandwich, which was hard and cold. I'm sick of my stomach and I'm throwing myself up. This is terrible service. Nerver again. Millersville kfc on Veterans Highway
