Feedback gevenI called the manager this morning after me making a mistake by clicking the wrong location on the Royal Farms app and was told their location isn't on the app and I accidentally ordered from this location by mistake. When I talked to the manager she said I can't get my refund back because the food was ready and prepped. Not pleased
Terrible service I went to buy a box of french fríes I paid $5.19 and she ended up handing me a small box of fríes I asked her why and she just said aggressively that she wanted it If I couldn't leave it there then I said I wanted to talk to your manager and she said She was her own manager So I ended up paying $5.19 for a box of small fries lousy service
We stopped by for a quick visit, and I headed to the women's restroom. The door was quite heavy and swung open unexpectedly. As I was entering the first stall, a young woman exiting the restroom opened the door, which slammed against my stall door and hit my thumb. It all happened so fast! My thumb was injured, and I rinsed it under cold water to ease the pain. I informed the cashier about the incident and expressed my desire to file an accident report to prevent it from happening to anyone else. The cashier was helpful and provided me with an ice pack while I waited for the manager. When she arrived, she took note of the incident for the report. As of now, I haven’t received any follow-up from the corporate office, and my thumb is still bruised. I would recommend being cautious with the restroom doors there, as they are heavy and can open very quickly.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They claimed to serve fresh fried chicken, but when I called in my order, the chicken legs were inedible. I won’t be returning—I expected the best fried chicken, but instead, it was the worst.
I asked for assistance in redeeming some of my points, but the employee at the register told me she didn’t have time to help. She rudely said I would have to figure it out on my own. If this is how you treat your customers, I will take my business elsewhere.
