Mcdonald's - Millville

The burgers were fantastic as always, but the fries are consistently cold and stale!

I ordered a Big Mac Bundle Box and a triple hamburger, and I have to say, everything was not only cold but also tasted like it had been sitting out all day or was leftover from the previous night. I don't know which McDonald's the DoorDash driver picked up from, but I would definitely advise you to avoid it! The food was terrible! I ended up throwing the entire bag away. My son tried to take a bite of the Big Mac, and the bun was so stale that it just crumbled apart. It was ridiculous! Plus, the triple hamburger I paid extra for only had two patties instead of three. It seems like they can't cook or count properly!

Ordered a sandwich with no cheese and they gave us double the cheese. The fries and the nuggets tasted over done.

This McDonald's is arguably one of the worst I've ever visited. If you're prepared to wait around 45 minutes inside, then feel free to go in. They'll take your order but then completely ignore it while they prioritize the drive-thru. Even if you try your luck by driving through, there's always a chance they'll mess something up. They really need to hire a completely new staff—this has been the worst customer service I've experienced multiple times. Save your money; the food is old and the service is abysmal.

Im not gonna lie, idk if its because its New Years Day or what, but this was the best order Ive EVER gotten from here. Everything was hot and fresh, the fries werent cold and hard this time, the drinks werent watered down, and they FINALLY gave me the dipping sauce that I asked for. If they keep this up, I might actually order from them again!
