This has to be one of the worst dining experiences. The service was lacking as the staff appeared to be more interested in talking and loitering around. My sandwich was sloppily made, resembling something a child would put together. It's frustrating when you have an electronic ordering system but end up receiving whatever the staff feels like making.
Are you going in to buy a drink from the well machine, no ice cream, asked the drinks/coffee counter for some ice cream? No? Almost out of ice, do we have ice bags that you can buy? I said yes, it makes sense for me to buy a bag of ice for the well machine that you guys manage. I put my cup down and let it go while my friend was waiting for his ice cream coffee? that came completely with ice. All the time, the staff still went over my appearance and how wrong was it for me to ask for ice cream. I'm sorry your life as a Wawa employee is so incomplete. Not my problem.
Feeling blessed I really had a great experience the staff is great but this was different I was in a rush I got to the front of the register and I was short almost 12 dollars on my order and 2 different people jumped to pay the rest for me I swear things like that never happen to me it just goes to show that even in ruff times people are still genuinely good thank you so much to the two people that helped me out?I love my home town
I was very disappointed the 2nd time of ordering a hoagie. The first time I asked for Mayo on my hoagie and received none. Today I received Mayo but very little. Not only that but the person who made it didn?t call my number. After standing there I noticed one lying on the counter. I picked it up and it was mine. I know we are in a pandemic and we can?t hire enough staff but seriously?? I guess I have to ask for extra mayo next time. This is my favorite WAWa and I have been going to this one for 20 years. Can you guys get it right before Hoagie Fest??
