Chipotle Mexican Grill - Milpitas

The service was disappointing and awkward. The food quality here isn't on par with other Chipotle locations. It seems the staff are not well-trained and appear quite uncertain in their roles.

We had many dirty tables and the trash bin was full for a long time at lunchtime. Nobody cleaned it up. Ended up sitting on the patio.

They serve you like they are giving out food for free. 4-5 pieces of chicken sprinkled is not a serving. Avoid this Chipotle if you can ¯ (ツ) ¯

This is the worst Chipotle I've been to. The older lady at the front consistently gives portions that are half the size compared to other locations. I could even count the pieces of chicken she added to my bowl—only 4 to 5 pieces! The same goes for the corn and guacamole. I paid over $13 for a burrito bowl, but only received a meager serving of chicken. What a disappointment! If the store manager is reading this, please consider retraining your staff.
