Jack In The Box - Milpitas

First time at this location, maybe because we came right around the end of dinner rush, but the man taking our order sounded very over whelmed and kept rushing us to finish our order. Over all good quality is good. Staff seemed nice, we just caught them at a bad time.

This place at least whenever I get there no one is in the drive thru twice one car before me but never have i ever had to wait long or given the excuse to move out of line and wait longer and the employees are always helpful and courteous

Food is never fresh here! they serve us cold tacos and fries. the egg roll are more then likely fried twice to give the appearance of it being fresh. the egg rolls was chewy and heavily oiled. the franchise prize itself in serving fresh food but i guess this location didn’t get the memo. inflation has gone up and the food quality here has gone down!

I was traveling from east coast to west coast. Due to time change I was up at 4am and hungry. Only restaurant open at that time is JITB. I got a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast platter for my family. Service was fast and food was surprisingly good. Only complaint is I didn’t see a drive through. Would’ve been nice to not have to get out of the car bc it was raining.

My supreme croissant was on the dry side and not as good as I remember it being. Perhaps my tastebuds changed. Customer service was better than usual for a fast food joint. Friendly and quick to assist.
