I had dinner here and the experience was fantastic. The service was exceptional—very attentive to every need. The food was as comforting as a home-cooked meal, and I absolutely loved it.

I had the black garlic dish, and it was absolutely delicious! The ravioli here are fantastic as well. This is definitely a must-try!

This has quickly become our favorite ramen spot! It's hard to find restaurants that offer a dedicated veggie option these days, but Juban Ramen impresses with six different vegetarian options that can be customized to suit your taste. The ramen is delicious, spicy, and served in generous portions. The customer service is excellent as well! And don't miss out on trying the garlic edamame – it's a must!

We always come back... Clean and very cozy atmosphere. Traditional ambience. Talk about traditional, ramen with various traditional flavors for decisions. Our favorite tonkotsu wheels with extra spicy, so good that it will appear in a dream. Offer for more adventurous, the adventurer menu with all tasteful soup base and adventure recipes added. Do not forget the seaweed salad, coquette and of course Tako yaki for appetizer.

Was very pleasantly surprised how good the broth is!!! Personally, I give the most weight to the broth quality for any ramen spot. By that standard, one of best tasting ramen I had in the South Bay area. And my reference is from visiting Japan often and having ramen there. : My vote on the Tonkotsu Ramen: Broth 10!!!
