Mcdonald's - Milpitas

It's a nice place with both dine-in and drive-thru options. Additionally, they have a restroom available.

This McDonald's is really disappointing! They hardly ever have food ready, and when they finally do serve it, it's typically cold after just 10 minutes. I dislike this location so much that I usually go all the way to Berryessa to avoid it. The service here is the worst!

Always efficient and quick to provide service options, among other things.

I don 't know what it is with McDonald 's but it seems the same everywhere we go... whether it 's in Nebraska, Texas or California, they all seem to miss something in your order. They charge you for the meals you order but you have to check every single time to make sure they gave you everything. When you ask why something got missed is always, it 's in the bottom of the bag. You check and nothing there... come on McDonald 's, get your act together. Good food, not so great experiences..

This location is fantastic for late night food! The staff are generally friendly and accommodating, aside from the odd few of course. Food is always served hot, ready, and to order even late at night. Corporate needs to take notes from this location's late night staff.
