Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Milpitas

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this restaurant. I went in to order chicken, which I believed came with cookies for my daughter, but the cashier informed me that they were just cookies. When I inquired about a discount since I had paid for the chicken with biscuits, the so-called manager—who didn’t even have a name tag—rudely told me there was no discount and that it wasn't his fault I came at that time. This was incredibly disrespectful!

I got the $10 tenders box which had 6 tenders, 2 biscuits and 2 sides. Easily enough to feed two people. I chose the corn as a side and that was a mistake. It was watery and tasteless. Tenders were delicious; golden and crunchy. Biscuit was soft and warm, with just the right amount of salt on top. Drink not included. Service was friendly, but a little slow. I would eat here again, but order a different side.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the food was served hot. Christian, who was at the front counter, was fantastic—he made sure we had everything we needed and did so with a friendly smile. Excellent customer service all around!

I tried the boneless chicken nuggets, which had butter mixed in. They tasted good, but the butter flavor was quite overpowering for me.

Popeyes did it again. Great food at an even higher price. We were shopping and decided to stop at the food court for lunch.
