I am not sure if ownership changed when the renovation occured last year or what has happened, but in the 7 times i have been since....6 of those have had my order screwed up. Missing items, wrong order etc. The worst part is that if I mention it at the counter I am always met with a miserable tone, and an eye rolling attitude.Oh, and don 't bother ordering inside. It 's SLOW!!!!I changed my review today after the Teen Burger I just received. See the photo. Is this a teen burger??? Where the heck are the sesame seeds? I think I am done with this location. With the countless screwups, terrible customer service and now this horrible excuse for a burger, I wonder where is the pride in delivering a quality product? What happened to customer service??
The drive thru wait was literally 18 minutes, the worst staff, unapologetic, worst communication, unprofessional and no care for customers, after that food doesn't matter, which is simply cardboard genetic!
It seems this place makes up the prices as they go. A double teen burger combo was $18 really? Trying to clarify this was ridiculous. On top of that we got half a cup of frozen root beer. I also didn't like that we had to argue with the cashier. Frustrated and fed up we left, hoping we could at least eat our food warm... Nope not even.
Food is really good quality with service at finest too. Good food options for kids and drinks are real gem. Will definitely suggest and try again. Really good food makes good food?
Harpreet is very sweet in the drive through. She is always smiling and working hard. She deserves a raise !
