Very disappointed as we ordered a birthday cake which was supposed to be filled with mint chocolate chip ice cream. When we cut into it, it was Oreo. I don?t like Oreo. I wonder who got my cake today? Hope it was good

When you reach home and realize that the employee gave you 20% less of your order. They have done this couple of times. I guess they do it with other customers who don't even notice.

Very harsh customer service. Lady was very rude to my mom and didn?t want to listen to what we had to say, at all. If the order did not taste right and was asked to be changed, it should?ve been or at least learn some manners on how to speak to customers- stop treating them like garbage).
