Luigi's Lasagna & Pizzeria - Milton

Paid 53$ for a pizza with extra toppings. Received it and it barely had anything on it. I called a few minutes later and the manger was just disrespectful and rude. This is not the first time that something happens with the order. I’m not sure what happened to Luigi in the last two years. But this place does not deserve support from the locals. Rip off !!

Their Pizza are solid but maybe the best wings I had in Milton. Also their pasta dishes and lasagna was surprisingly good.

We had ordered online pizza on last Tuesday late night. When we reached home and opened box we found the crust was burn from outside and had taken pictures. we complain to their Manager Sukh he was un ethical and idiot and he don’t know how to speak with their customers and told us to wait for their owner to reply. After 2 days their stupid owner replied and suggested to refrain calling us for the complains as they are so busy to fool their clients.My suggestion is that to check your online order before paying them and sure your pizza crust is not burn.I will never go these third class pizza store again.

Moving to Milton from Mississauga meant i would not have access to some of my Favourite pizza spots like Lucas or Marconi’s, and stuck with chain pizza places. But someone turned me to Luigis and we havent looked back.. Great Sauce Great crust and they are never cheap with the cheese. So glad i found you Luigi’s . Love the massive party size pies, it’s definitely a crowd pleaser.

I usually order take out from this place. On two occasions my paper bag ripped and landed on my driveway. The first time was from the delivery option which they replaced the order and today i had my bag rip on my driveway and was told i should support the bottom. I think the issue is their bags and having to much weight in the bag causing it to rip. So there is my money thrown in the garbage and little empathy from the owner. When i told them they lost my business, he said that's fine. Beware of their bags since they are too cheap to support the food.
