Poor and slow service after waiting 15 mins in drive thru got a wrong order. I asked for a coffee sleeve as well, and the woman was handing me the sleeve, but it was out of my reach for a minute until I called out to her??They gave us a cream cheese bagel and not our egg and cheese muffin sandwich.I went inside and explained the situation of what happened. And they gave me the egg and cheese sandwich… BUT IN A BAGEL.

I don't enjoy going to this location as I've seen the manager/ supervisor throw a fit at the employees on numerous occasions. It's very unprofessional and the lady needs some training on appropriate conduct, especially in front of other customers. I'm not sure how employees are putting up with that attitude but I certainly would not. I've stopped going here as a customer for that reason.
