Burger King - Milton

On July 20 at 4:30 PM, I don’t want to come across as overly demanding, but the service I encountered at the drive-thru was quite disappointing. When I arrived at the window, the employee was on her cell phone, speaking very loudly and in a seemingly personal conversation, which was quite distracting. This marks the fourth or fifth time I’ve visited this location and received an incorrect order, whether it was missing items or sauces. I understand these issues may seem minor, but I don't want to waste my money here if I'm not going to get my complete order.

I ordered a fish sandwich, and just by looking at it, you’d think there was a severe shortage of tartar sauce and lettuce. My partner got a crispy chicken sandwich, and it had the same issue with the mayonnaise.

Service was fast and accurate. Used the drive thru. Have stopped there before and had same experience.

Some days are more bearable than others. But, that's just life.

Well maintained except for grease on bathroom floor. Tasty food. Reasonable price. Great service.
