The food is rated a 4, but the service is a disappointing 1. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and mostly pleasant staff, serving high-quality food. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We waited around 20 minutes to be greeted, and over 30 minutes for our food. We arrived at 1:32 PM and didn't receive our meals until 2:25 PM. When we wanted to speak with the manager, we had to ask four times before we could. The manager, named Koch, showed no interest in listening to my concerns, offering only excuses and dismissing me. While I understand that staffing issues can happen, communication is crucial. This was my second experience at this restaurant, and the poor service remains consistent. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit. We've often dined at Henry's sister restaurant, where the service is also slow but significantly better.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich cooked in butter on a burnt hamburger bun instead of brioche. The bacon was extra crispy to the point of being almost raw. My cousin ordered a quiche, and my mother got eggs and toast. Unfortunately, my mother's food got cold while we waited for my cousin's order, which took half an hour. When my cousin finally received her quiche, it was frozen! To make matters worse, the manager was rude and questioned why we were dissatisfied with our bill. After almost two hours of waiting, we had to pay for this terrible meal. Oh, and my mother's eggs were overcooked as well. This place really needs to improve!

If there were a way to give 10 stars, I would give it 12! The service, food, atmosphere, and facilities are all outstanding, not to mention the incredible staff! My children and family celebrated my birthday here, and it was an absolutely amazing experience!
