Whataburger - Milton

Nothing like the old Whataburger that was originally in Pensacola. Now the buns are cold. It?s hard to find the meat. They used to toast the buns on the grill. The meat was much more substantial, just a whole different taste. Even since this oneopened, it has declined. So disappointing.

Whataburger is just always good. The fries are warm and salty, The burgers are juicy, and the drinks are refreshing. However, this time when I went there the salt was soggy. That sounds weird, but it's true. The salt was clumping together and it didn'twant to exit the pouch. Normally it falls out, like salt. But it was kinda like a powdery paste. Check before you pour salt onyour fries next time.

Went inside to eat, family of 5 so I know to expect longer than usual wait times. After sitting for 30 minutes and seeing them pump all the cars through the drive thru and neglecting all the people inside. My wife brought up the receipt and asked and themanager went off about how they have to get the drive through done. I'm sure they are fine if you go through the drive throughbut our personal experience was completely unacceptable and the manager only made it worse by mumbling under her breath duringthe entire refund process.

Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for your fast food. At least the last 6 months (spring/summer 2022), they 've had staffing issues. Nearest burger is 15 minutes away. ????

It's a nice fast food place to go to when everything else is closed but man is it expensive! But it isn't really that. I have ordered before and they comepletey messed up the order. Asked for a large sweet tea and they had gave us a small coke? Next weordered onion rings and they gave us fries? And then last we ordered 3 piece chicken and they gave us two I believe. It is finethough. The food is still great. Also, their fries are not very salty or flavored, just taste like plain potatoes but notsomething I will pull my hair out over.
