Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I go for ice cream, most the time and food rarely for Ive never really enjoyed the food, I have tried. I like doggie cup for my little one whom seems to go with me everywhere...Id give one more star if consistant service, some are great others must think im dieting, serving me as though i would like what they would, ice cream is made to be smothered with whatever toppings you ask, seems some try and protect me with only a drop of topping, they just dont get it, I want that feel of too much sometimes, thats what ice cream does for me...I want to have that Happy Hog feel ?

The chicken was dry. And the fries. Was clumping together .like sitting in the boat to long. Must have been an off day....

The food here is great. The ice cream is divine like Dairy Queen ice cream always is. The chicken in the chicken strip basket was a little tough to chew for me, but the french fries, union rings, and sundaes were great. One of the workers must've been new, she got us confused with another table, but it's fine, no harm done. It seemed like she was in training, as I heard her asking the others working there questions.

We came here on Wednesday, March 5,2023.We only order ice cream, but what they need to fix is the restroom door their is a sign on the door that you have to knock first ?cause you can't lock it,it's broken the lock ?and the place was empty no customers just us and the trash can was fill to the top?.The ice cream was delicious

Placed my order at 8:06. Finally got food out of the window around 8:15. When it was handed to me I asked is this everything? Was told yes, but seemed light for my order so I parked and checked. Was missing an entire Chicken Strip basket with cheese curds. Tried to go inside to get it and all the doors where locked (was surprised because people where still eating) got back in line and let them know at the box why and she said go a head and pull around so we waited another 20 minutes in drive through and at the window. The 1st time I was there they asked if i wanted any dipping sauce and I said just the gravy it comes with I was asked this the second time around only to be told we are out of gravy so after all this I still didn 't get exactly what I was expecting. Had I been met with some empathy or even and explanation I might not have been so upset. But i just spent 30 minuets in my car with screaming hungry kids and i was quite frusterated.
