This was a fantastic pub to visit, with a massive area that harbors a slick design! The bar is well-presented, a wide range of sauces were available and the service was in due time for my delicious fish and chips with peas. I also had Budweiser and Stella Artois to drink, found the seating comfortable and my table clean!

I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I believe it's important for businesses to receive feedback in order to improve. I had a full English breakfast this morning, and unfortunately, the food was served on cold plates. The bacon was also cold, and the toast wasn't cooked properly; it came out cold as well. With a couple of additional items, I ended up paying just over £10 for a meal that I would consider worth about £5.50 at best. As a qualified chef, I find it hard to understand how certain foods leave the kitchen in such a state.

As always, it was fantastic. However, us northerners are often astonished by the higher prices down south. The same drinks cost more! But we enjoyed two great meals and two pints for just £15.50—what a deal! The service was excellent as well.

The place is great for prices the food is OK too but what really is disappointing is that my boyfriend and I was told our very well behaved small dog (cavachon) had to leave the outside seating area as NO DOGS are allowed at all .. not even outside. That's absurd in this day and allot of people have dogs, especiallyafter the pandemic. We was told to leave but we said we just ordered food so won't be leaving until we have eaten it. What a stupid rule. Our dog literally sat under the table causing no trouble.

Had a great family lunch here today. Great salad option and lovely kids meal. Fast service too.
