Creams Cafe - Milton Keynes

Visited with family. all desserts must not come at the same time and was waiting about a minute. of us had dessert and was ready. the dessert had not arrived a few minutes later. we complained...but the personal was really not interested and we are not nice or apologetic. on a good note was eating well. the toilets were disgusting, the smell of ursin was so strong if I had gone before me, I would not have eaten here. I would never come back to these creams. it is dirty and the staff is terrible, it looks sticky. in my hometown eastbourne is a million times better than that.

Immersed for blown, took mins to serve. then another wait for drinks. Previously went into the gloomy, service was shocking and so slow, all orders came to different times, then said to hurry and get...out as they closed! will not go again!

I am a huge lover of creams but I’m not from Milton Keynes so never been to this particular store. It was empty apart from one table with people on it. Staff were friendly and there was tap water available in jugs with plastic...cups which I liked because I’ve been told in other stores that they “don’t do” tap water which has led to me having to buy bottled water which I didn’t like. Cookie dough and crepe both looked good and tasted alright but compared to other cremes stores was not cooked for long enough as the marshmallows weren’t melted and the dishes themselves were more lukewarm. Both dishes also served with about mins between them which isn’t ideal when eating together and also hasn’t happened to me in the past. Disappointing experience which is a shame because I really like the cremes franchise

We sat as family of four and the tables were sticky and extremely grubby. the personal had no idea what they did and we were never served. stood in a line behind uber isst delivery and waited over half an hour with...no detection we were even there. we went before we even ordered, so no commentary to eat. very unpleasant
