Mcdonald's Westcroft - Milton Keynes

Charlie is the most unhelpful manager ever! The poor guy was just trying to do his job, but she was arguing with him and delaying him from opening the window. Then, she started shouting at someone else, saying that X would have to go home because she was due to finish. She also used some words that I wouldn't even repeat. It was shocking.

Do not expect anything other than a standard McDonalds Fayre and you will be okay . Food was as expected , service was good

Refused to give me a straw even though ordered a larger oasisreally changed the trajectory of my whole day.

I recently witnessed the manager at Westcroft McDonalds bullying staff once again. This time, he was denying the younger staff members a drink. When one of the younger staff members asked how long it would be before they could have a drink, the manager replied with a harsh 2 and a half hours. The staff member expressed surprise at not even being allowed water, but the manager insisted they get back to work and take a break only when instructed to do so. It's disappointing to see staff not being allowed to have a drink of water in such a manner. In the past, Westcroft McDonalds was a great place, but it seems to have changed. When I inquired about some long-term staff members who had left, I was informed they had moved on from their employment. I tried to tip a lady cleaning tables, but she explained she was not permitted to accept tips due to company policy. This raises concerns about employee treatment and the need for better training for store managers. It's evident that the hardworking staff at the restaurant are not being properly valued. It's a shame to see the decline of Westcroft McDonalds in this regard.

Ordered and only had half the ingredients in my burger. Took it back, waited 10 mins . when got itback , it was still missing ingredients? took it back 2nd time. this time i got another burger with the bacon chucked in the bottom of the bag?? this is westcroft in mk
