The service was quite satisfactory, earning a solid 4 out of 5, though the atmosphere, being a delivery-only experience, understandably gets a 1 out of 5. Overall, if you're looking for a satisfying dinner, you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered two pizzas using points I had accumulated from previous purchases, along with two side sauces that added up to a total of £0.89. After placing a collection order at 19:26, I kept the tracking page open, expecting it to function as intended. I refreshed it occasionally to check if the status would update to "Ready to collect," but nothing changed. After waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to call the store, as it was taking far too long. I was informed that my pizzas were ready for collection. When I arrived at the store and checked the pizzas, I found them to be cold. I asked the staff member if there was anything he could do or if he could make fresh ones. His response was that the pizzas had been ready within ten minutes of my order, and I shouldn’t expect much since I only paid £0.89. The pizza was cold, and the employees seemed to lack proper training. There was no sense of customer service or empathy on their part. This establishment demonstrates a serious lack of management and professionalism, giving the impression that good service is only awarded to those who spend a lot of money. On a previous occasion, I had a delivery order that was delayed for 1 hour and 40 minutes, when the average delivery time is typically about 45 minutes. It's clear that the customer experience is significantly affected by the lack of training, management, and customer service. These issues could be addressed and improved, but unfortunately, the person at the counter showed no customer service skills or empathy. He seemed more interested in responding than listening to my concerns.
Not as expected, even our expectations are a bit low. I don't recommend this one to anyone cause the food should be very fine at this price, but it's not. Idk what's wrong. The dough wasn't good, and it was very less cheese. yeah, overall, there's nothing to say tbh Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
